About Us
In late 2004, Viet Holiday Travel was developed by our team of experienced tour guides and computer specialists, with the belief that our local travel agency could be replaced by an online travel booking service.
Luu Hoang Anh had a vision to optimise travel services, Pham Van Ngoc had a passion for international relations, and Tran Trung decided to tap into the tech realm to advance this dream.
We three colleagues have jointly seen Viet Holiday Travel JSC to where it is today. Our in depth knowledge of the travel scene is not unfounded. You only have to look at our background: English-speaking tour guides, and a computer programmer...
Through our website, we are able to help travellers match their specific travel needs with a supplier who specialises in their desired travel destination or services. We are delivering an even higher level of experience, satisfaction and assurance. We are here to identify new ways to support the travellers in selecting the right travel options and services, and also help travellers plan and realise their vacation dreams.
We have enthusiasm for the natural environment that is contagious. We love the winding rivers and boat rides on Halong Bay, the grottoes, and the caves. We admire the beauty of the thousands of limestone mountain islands and islets rising up from the emerald waters.
We are committed to preserving the natural environment of Halong Bay. We educate our staff, tourists and the locals about environmental protection. In our homes and businesses, we endeavour to do our bit by not using air conditioners, using efficient light bulbs, switching off all electric appliances if we are out of office or home, saving water where possible, using electric motorbikes instead of gasoline ones, and avoid cutting down trees.

Here are the 3 key founders of Viet Holiday Travel JSC:
Mr Luu Hoang Anh
Hoang Anh has an enterprising spirit, and an energetic personality. He had worked in hotel industry for three years, when he realised that the conditions there were stifling. He tried, over some time, to change careers and jobs, but none helped satisfy the growing urge to be part of a bigger picture. He finally decided to become an English-speaking tour guide in 1997. After working as a tour guide for nearly ten years, Hoang Anh realised that Viet Nam was a very potent travel market for the outside world.
He decided to set up his own company specialising in online travel services in the hope that his company would help travellers choose their right travel options and realise their holiday dreams without having to rely on an agency or operator. In his spare time, he is a keen badminton and table tennis player and also enjoys reading, listening to English Pop music and socialising with friends.
Mr. Pham Van Ngoc
Ngoc always wanted to interact with foreign tourists, and finally, in 1994 passed an exam to enter the Ha Noi open tourism university. Soon after graduation, he realised his dream, and became an English-speaking tour guide at a local travel company. Being an experienced tour guide for nearly eight years, he wanted to own a company that would provide larger travel services, and hence, in 2004, Ngoc became an official member of Viet Holiday Travel JSC.
Mr. Tran Trung 
Tran worked as a computer programmer and internet solution manager in a non-government organisation before his role at Viet Holiday Travel began.
His passion is to travel all over Vietnam and explore the world at large. In 2004, he applied for a job at Viet Holiday Travel JSC, with the intention of finally making his passion become a reality! He has helped tremendously in making the website more effective for travellers. Ever since, he has become an indispensable web administrator and technical support specialist.
